If you believe content on TravelChannel.co.za uses your protected work without permission, send a clear report so we can locate and assess it quickly.

Reports are reviewed by TravelChannel.co.za. Submitting a report does not automatically decide ownership.

Please include

  1. Your full name and contact details.
  2. The exact TravelChannel.co.za page or post URL.
  3. A description of the copyrighted work.
  4. A link to the original or other evidence that you own it or may act for the owner.
  5. A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised.
  6. A statement that the information is accurate, plus your typed signature and date.

If your TravelChannel contribution appears elsewhere

Send us the outside URL and your TravelChannel post URL. Because contributors retain ownership, we can preserve records and help clarify the TravelChannel licence, but the creator may still need their own legal advice or a report to the outside platform.
